Responsibilities
* Process accurate and timely payroll for UK and Ireland employees
* Review and audit new starters, leavers, and payroll changes
* Manage pensions, auto-enrolment, and benefits administration
* Validate overtime, bonus, and commission payments
* Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations and payroll legislation
* Prepare payroll reports and data for internal stakeholders
* Support payroll process improvements and system projects, including Workday implementation
* Provide payroll guidance and support to employees and managers
What You Need to Succeed
* Experience in a Payroll Specialist or similar role
* Knowledge of UK payroll legislation (Irish payroll knowledge desirable)
* Experience using payroll and HR systems
* Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills
* CIPP qualification preferred or equivalent experience
