Job Description
As the Payroll Specialist you will:
3. Oversee the processing of payroll in a timely and accurate manner
4. Ensure compliance with national payroll policies and regulations
5. Manage and resolve issues relating to payroll production
6. Coordinate with HR and Accounting departments for payroll data
7. Perform routine audits to ensure accuracy
8. Generate reports for upper management, finance department, and auditors
9. Update payroll records by entering any changes to employee information
10. Develop strategies to improve the payroll process
The Successful Applicant
As the successful Payroll Specialist you should have:
11. Previously worked in a similar role and be able to carry out all of the above duties
12. Proficiency in payroll software
13. Exceptional numerical skills and attention to detail
14. Strong understanding of payroll practices and legislation
15. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
