Hybrid Senior Industrial Recruitment Consultant
Newstaff Employment is looking for an experienced Hybrid Senior Industrial Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Luton. This is an excellent opportunity for a successful recruiter to take ownership of an industrial desk and play a key role in its continued growth.
Location: Luton (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £27, – £31, basic + uncapped commission (up to 12%)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop new business opportunities across the industrial sector
2. Build and manage long-term client relationships
3. Recruit warehouse, production, manufacturing and logistics staff
4. Manage temporary and permanent recruitment campaigns
5. Conduct client visits and service reviews
6. Source, interview and place candidates
7. Negotiate rates, terms and margins
8. Manage volume recruitment requirements and bookings
9. Ensure excellent levels of client and candidate service
Essential Skills & Experience
10. Proven recruitment experience within Industrial Recruitment
11. Strong business development and sales experience
12. Experience managing temporary recruitment desks
13. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
14. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
15. Strong organisational and commercial awareness
16. Full UK driving licence
