We're on the lookout for a Service Introduction Analyst to play a key role in how we roll out innovative tech and product services across the business. 👨 💻 What you'll be doing:


As part of our Service & Infrastructure team in the Product & Technology Group, you’ll act as the bridge between project delivery and operational support — making sure new services are fully ready to go live and built to last.


You’ll:


1. Be the go-to contact for smooth service handovers from projects into live operations
2. Work closely with Product, Technology and Project teams to ensure changes are delivered with minimal disruption
3. Lead service readiness reviews and assess transition quality
4. Coordinate risk management and readiness plans for go-live success
5. Document support models, acceptance criteria, and service processes
