Salary: up to £45,000
Location: West London / Hybrid (3 days per week in the office)

Now, as they scale their data strategy, they’re adding two new analysts to turn insight into action.
The Marketing Insights Analyst will…
…serve as the analytical backbone of marketing campaigns—measuring what works, optimising what doesn’t, and spotting opportunities before they happen. You’ll dive into performance data across email, app, digital and loyalty, helping refine audience targeting and improve conversion across the board. With SQL, A/B testing and clear narrative skills, you’ll bridge the gap between numbers and decisions—and help marketing fly smarter.
Essential Skills
* 1–3 years in marketing, CRM or digital insights roles
* SQL proficiency with strong Excel skills
* Ability to evaluate multi-channel campaign performance and draw actionable conclusions
* Confident turning data into strategy for marketing stakeholders
* Curious mindset with a love of experimentation and continuous improvement
