Your future duties and responsibilities
In this role, you will lead the development of strategic, end‑to‑end solution designs that support major Public Safety opportunities, taking ownership of shaping propositions that align with both client needs and CGI’s growth ambitions. You will work closely with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to define technology strategies, influence decision‑making, and ensure solutions are commercially viable, innovative, and deliver tangible outcomes.
You will also play a key role in pre‑sales engagements, facilitating workshops, contributing to bids, and representing CGI as a trusted advisor in the market.
* Lead and shape solution and technology strategies for Public Safety opportunities
* Design and deliver end‑to‑end solution architectures aligned to client and business goals
* Collaborate and influence across bid teams, partners, and stakeholders
* Engage and represent CGI in client discussions, workshops, and industry events
* Evaluate and optimise requirements, risks, and commercial models
* Facilitate and innovate workshops to develop forward‑thinking solutions
* Support and contribute to successful bid development and proposition shaping
Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role
* Experience in public sector bid processes and pre‑sales strategy
* Strong understanding of UK government policy and technology strategy
* Proven ability to shape sales strategy and solution design
* Experience delivering commercially viable solution designs
* Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills
* Ability to manage and influence internal and external stakeholders
* Experience working collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams
* Technical background or experience (desirable)
* Experience selling into government and strong win rates (desirable)
