Position Overview: Graduate School Support Assistant A forward-thinking SEN school in Ilford is seeking a Graduate Support Assistant to join their team for the 2025–2026 academic year. You’ll be part of a caring and skilled staff group supporting students aged 11 to 19 with a range of complex needs, including autism, learning disabilities, and emotional or behavioural challenges. As a support worker, you will: Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support to help pupils engage in learning. Assist students in developing social, emotional, and communication skills.
