Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to patient care and have experience in various medical settings, including ICU, nursing homes, and hospice care. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of anatomy, medication administration, and clinical research to provide high-quality medical services to our patients.
Responsibilities
* Conduct thorough patient examinations and assessments to determine health status and diagnose conditions.
* Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
* Administer medications and monitor patient responses to treatments.
* Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
* Engage in clinical research activities aimed at improving patient outcomes and advancing medical knowledge.
* Provide care in various settings, including home care, senior care facilities, and hospice environments.
* Utilise medical imaging techniques as necessary for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
* Educate patients and their families about health management, disease prevention, and wellness strategies.
Requirements
* Medical degree from an accredited institution with valid licensure to practice medicine.
* Proven experience in ICU settings is highly desirable.
* Strong background in public health principles and practices.
* Familiarity with clinical research methodologies is an asset.
* Excellent knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to patient care.
* Proficient in medication administration protocols and safety measures.
* Experience working in nursing homes or providing senior care is preferred.
* Compassionate approach towards hospice care and home care services.
