This role offers the opportunity to join an established team where you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day running of the workshop while mentoring engineers and apprentices.

Key responsibilities for the Working Foreman role:
Reporting to the After Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
1. Providing technical support and guidance to both staff and customers
2. Supporting the day-to-day running of the workshop
3. Conducting toolbox talks to ensure health and safety compliance
4. Reviewing completed jobs to ensure warranty timelines are met
5. Assisting with projects to support the aftersales function
6. Maintaining high standards across the depot at all times
7. Mentoring and supporting Service Engineers and Apprentices
8. Contributing to a positive and professional team environment
9. Participating in the service office rota to support operations
10. Supporting seasonal demands including overtime and peak periods
Skills and experience
We’re looking for a Working Foreman who has the following:
11. Experience in a similar role or a background as a Service Engineer ready to step up
12. Strong communication and organisational skills
13. Ability to maintain high-quality standards in a workshop environment
14. Experience motivating and supporting a team
15. Flexibility to work overtime and seasonal hours as required
