Role Overview: The Pricing Analyst supports the European Strategic Pricing of Castrol, a bp brand, by providing quality pricing analysis and maintaining relevant pricing tools and dashboards.
Responsibilities include:
* Supporting the strategic pricing team with analytics for pricing strategy and setting.
* Managing and collaborating on the development and maintenance of pricing tools, ensuring cybersecurity, testing, and approval processes are followed.
* Identifying business needs and driving improvements or new development of pricing tools, including financial approval processes.
* Engaging and training internal teams on the use of pricing tools.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams within C&P on pricing tools.
Qualifications for Success:
* University degree or relevant professional experience.
* Experience in Pricing, Marketing, or Sales.
* Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Sales Processes and ERP automation is a plus.
* Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
* Understanding of sales operations, digital tools, and B2B/B2C channels.
* Project and time management skills.
* Fluency in English.
