About the Role
We’re looking for a Telesales Executive to join the LS Fire Group team at our Elland site. This is a key role focused on driving sales for LS Fire Group through proactive outbound calling, inbound enquiry handling, and structured follow‑up activity.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Making proactive outbound calls cold and warm against targeted lead lists, segmented by sector and territory.
* Following up lapsed quotes and aged pipeline opportunities using CRM data.
* Setting appointments for field‑based Business Development Managers where face‑to‑face engagement is required.
* Running re‑engagement campaigns for dormant accounts.
* Handling inbound sales calls and web enquiries professionally.
* Capturing customer requirements and site details accurately into Dynamics 365.
* Producing quotations or handing off to the appropriate team for specialist pricing.
* Keeping CRM records up to date with clear next actions and dates.
* Contributing to weekly pipeline and conversion reporting.
* Building relationships with key accounts and identifying cross‑sell opportunities across LS Fire Group services, including fire protection, extinguisher supply, passive fire, and alarm systems.
What We’re Looking For
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* At least 12 months’ experience in a telesales or inside sales role.
* Experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing.
* Experience working within a multi‑site business.
* Confident and professional telephone manner.
* Comfortable using CRM systems and keeping data accurate.
* Able to follow structured sales processes and work to targets.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Self‑motivated, resilient, and positive under pressure.
* Experience in fire protection, facilities management, or compliance‑driven sectors.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
* Experience working across multiple product or service lines.
* Understanding of B2B sales cycles and engaging with decision‑makers.
