Role Overview
* Position: Science Teacher (KS3 and KS4)
* Location: Rochford, Essex
* Pay Rate: GBP140 : GBP170 per day (Weekly PAYE)
* Start Date: January 2026
Your Role in Rochford
* Inspire Future Scientists: Deliver engaging lessons across the three core sciences, making complex concepts accessible and exciting for all learners.
* Practical Excellence: Lead safe and effective lab experiments, utilising the schools well:maintained facilities to foster hands:on discovery.
* Exam Focus: Support students through their GCSE journey, focusing on core knowledge, practical assessment skills, and exam confidence.
* Collaborative Culture: Work alongside a friendly and experienced department to share best practices and creative teaching resources.
What Were Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is a must.
* A strong academic background in Biology, Chemistry, or Physics.
* The ability to manage a classroom effectively, creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere for learning.
* A commitment to high standards and a passion for student achievement.
* An Enhanced DBS check (on the Update Service or willing ).
