You will work in a busy environment with an unusually high foot fall where you will be selling quality value vehicles from between 150-200 vehicles on-site at any one time. In return, you can expect: * Basic £30,000 * OTE of £60K * 28 Days Holiday *We do not supply a company car with this position Used Car Sales Controller – Hinckley: The Person The successful candidate should be: * Breath of experience across all elements of used car retail * Capable of leading by example * Demonstrates the highest standards * Has an all-hands approach * Highly motivated and a motivator of people * Good time management skills * A driven individual with passion * A presentable and professional individual * FCA accredited (after training) * Car supermarket and volume used car management experience preferable Used Car Sales Controller – Hinckley: The Duties * Responsible for maintaining the overall performance of the site * Carrying out some general manager responsibilities during absences from site * Management of the sales team and their performance * Supporting the sales team with regards to sold units and value-added products * Identifying opportunities to support sales team in closing the deal * Auditing deal presenter and subsequent opportunities * Audit financial documents to ensure compliance * Hitting and exceeding your monthly sales targets
