About the Role
Joining us, you’ll be undertaking the Bid Management of both Work Winning Bids as well as the delivery of projects in preferred bidder status – on time and within budget to a successful conclusion, positioning Morgan Sindall with the best possible chance of success.
Responsibilities
* Work Winning – You’ll be responsible for planning and managing all aspects of the bid, ensuring effective and inspirational bid management, establishing winning strategies, implementing writing plans as quality lead. Understand and interact with the overall Morgan Sindall business to allow projection of benefits to customers through our proposals, propose our programme strategy, and provide support to other bid team members.
* Preferred Bidder – As Bid Lead you’ll offer leadership and strategy to other Bid Team members while fostering excellent relationships with clients to ensure we deliver an excellent customer experience through effective management of design, cost and programme and by communicating effectively with the senior leadership team.
About You
An experienced Bid Manager, you’ll ideally be educated to degree level, with a track record of winning profitable work within a similar role. An expert in the tender process, you’ll have the ability to research projects and clients to demonstrate an understanding of client drivers, communicating differentiators and approach. You’ll be competent in Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent and be a great team player, working within a teamwork culture. A full UK driving licence is essential.
