Our client, based in the North Shields area, is seeking a qualified Management Accountant to join their finance team. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, this role offers an exciting opportunity to lead improvements in month-end processes, drive financial results, and deliver more efficient reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Production of monthly management accounts
* Financial analysis and reporting
* Supporting process improvement and efficiency initiatives
* Finance business partnering: enhance communication and collaboration between finance and non-finance teams to ensure financial insight truly adds value across the business
Requirements:
* Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent)
* Proven experience in monthly management accounts production
* Strong financial analysis skills
* Demonstrated experience in finance business partnering
* Excellent communication skills and a passion for driving change
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum
