We're seeking a highly organised and proactive Site Administrator to support the Aftersales function at JCB World Parts Centre (WPC). In this key role, you'll ensure the smooth running of day‑to‑day site operations while providing high‑level administrative support to senior management. You'll also work closely with the Global Managing Director’s PA to coordinate a wide range of administrative and operational activities.
About the role:
1. You'll provide comprehensive administrative support for WPC operations, including facilities coordination and event support
2. You'll provide PA support to members of the leadership team
3. You'll maintain and manage time and attendance records and associated processes
4. You'll support the site facilities team with administrative requirements
5. You'll coordinate the booking and utilisation of pool vehicles
6. You'll assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including arranging IT equipment and site access
7. You'll organise induction schedules, visitor tours, and hosting arrangements
8. You'll manage travel bookings for senior management and field‑based employees
9. You'll provide general administrative support as required, ensuring a high standard of service
10. You'll handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

What happens next?
