What do we look for?

Previous senior
management experience in London restaurant scene within premium restaurant
environment
o
Excellent
organisational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask
and stay calm under pressure.
o
Ability to manage
budgets, control costs, analyse financial reports, and achieve revenue targets
through effective planning
o
A track record of
making sound decisions under pressure and solving complex challenges
efficiently.
o
Familiarity with
local health regulations, safety protocols, and sanitation requirements to
ensure compliance.
o
Proven ability to
lead, inspire, and manage diverse teams effectively to ensure smooth daily
operations and high employee engagement.
o
Expertise in
delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving complaints effectively,
and building guest loyalty.

Strong
understanding of restaurant operations, including inventory management and
labour management

Leading and
collaborating with the management team to align restaurant operations with

Ensuring that
every guest enjoys exceptional service, setting and maintaining the highest
standards for hospitality and attention to detail.

Overseeing all
aspects of restaurant operations, including table service, workflow
optimization, and ensuring the team is well-trained to deliver flawless
service.
o
Leading by
example, demonstrating a hands-on and proactive approach to problem-solving and
team support.
o
Driving the
Nusr-Et culture, driving a passion for excellence among the team and overseeing
the training and development of both FOH and BOH employees.
