The Person
The successful Restaurant General Manager will have the following:
* Experience in a restaurant environment at manager level
* Must have experience in fine dining ideally rosette or Michelin guide.
* Ability to lead a strong, experienced, long-standing team
* Confident with a true passion for hospitality
* Good wine knowledge is preferable
* Organised, passionate & driven
* Proactive in driving a business forward through marketing, networking & events
* Strong attention to detail
* The face of the business - personable & engaging, ready to build a great rapport with all guests
