Role Overview
Join A leading aviation provider as the Programme Manager leading the global delivery of AI products for the transformation of the entire Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) domain across all airlines. This is a senior leadership role across LON and BCN, responsible for driving the adoption and impact of 18+plex AI-based products—including traditional ML solutions and advanced multi-tech AI agents (LLMs, GenAI)—to deliver c. €250m net incremental EBIT over the next 3-5 years.

Key Responsibilities
• Delivery Leadership: capable of working with and supporting teams to build and execute realistic plans for value delivery at an exceptional pace, whilst sustaining the teams for the long term
• Programme Leadership: Own the end-to-end delivery of all AI products for MRO transformation, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Stakeholder Management: Build consensus and drivepromise across OpCos, expertly managing expectations and influencing senior stakeholders to standardise on AI solutions.
• MI & Reporting: Lead the establishment of management information and reporting frameworks for 18+ AI products, ensuring robust tracking of KPIs, milestones, and value delivery.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute detailed programme plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies aligned with organisational goals.
• Agile Delivery: Champion Agile methodologies, estimation techniques, and iterative product development, balancing the need for certainty with the realities of cutting-edge data science delivery.
• Establish and curate a data-driven delivery regime: Ensure all delivery activity is disciplined and generates delivery data as a consequence of routine behaviours and practices within the squads
• Executivemunication: Frameplex delivery landscapes for C-suite audiences, translating technical progress into business impact.
• Quality &pliance: Ensure all deliverables meetpany PMOernance, regulatory, financial, and operational standards.
• Improve Delivery Performance: working with the Heads of UK and Spain, identify and deliver tangible improvements to delivery performance across velocity, quality, cost-effectiveness, lead time and similar measures
Experience & Skills
• Proven track record in programme/project management, ideally within aviation or large-scale transformation environments.
• Deep expertise in Agile delivery, estimation, and product development for AI/ML solutions.
• Excels at MI, dashboard design and data-driven reporting that engages C-Suite with clear, accurate and precise narrative
• Exceptional influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills—able to drive alignment acrossplex, multi-entity organisations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Experience presenting to and working with C-suite and senior leadership.
• Proficiency with delivering in a heterogeneous environment of different approaches and methodologies (, Agile, PRINCE2, MSP).
