Overview
We're hiring - Technical Support Engineer 👈. Salary from £30k to £40k per annum, dependent on experience and skill. This is a hybrid role: first 3 months are full‑time office‑based for induction and training, then potential to work from home 2 days a week.
Responsibilities
* Handling service desk tickets and troubleshooting a wide range of IT issues.
* Supporting the delivery of cloud and infrastructure projects.
* Managing first‑line and second‑line escalations and taking ownership of incidents.
* Working in a fast‑paced environment with variety across Microsoft 365, networking and PC/server support.
Qualifications
* Previous MSP experience of at least 2 years.
* Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
* Ability to take ownership of 1st line and 2nd line escalations.
* Valid driving licence for customer site visits.
Technical Skills
* Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune and Entra ID.
* Active Directory and Group Policy.
* Network support for LAN/WAN.
* Application installation, upgrade and maintenance.
* Windows 11/Server 2019+.
* Exposure to project delivery.
