🚀 About Us
We run Jimmy’s Jobs of the Future - one of the UK’s fastest-growing media companies exploring work, business, and the economy.
From interviewing Prime Ministers to founders building the next generation of companies, our content is designed to travel.
We also run Boxlight - a creative agency helping high-growth companies tell better stories through video, our clients include the worlds top investors.
We’re now looking for a video editor - not just editing, but what makes people stop scrolling, being able to select the moment for an episode and taulor it to a platform is just as important as being able to do the edit itself.

👉 Hooks
👉 Shareability
👉 Growth
You’ll be responsible for turning one conversation into 10–30 pieces of content that travel.

* 1–4 years editing for social (LinkedIn a big plus)

* Experience with Premiere Pro / Final Cut / After Effects

* Are fast, proactive, and experimental
📈 Bonus Points
* You’ve grown your own account or channel
* Experience of editing trailers

* Our clips consistently outperform industry benchmarks
* You help us turn episodes into distribution machines
* You contribute ideas that directly drive audience and revenue growth
🎁 Why Join
* Work directly with the founder — high ownership, little bureaucracy - you have got a good idea, run with it, make the role your own.
* Be part of a fast-growing media brand at an inflection point
* Shape the voice and growth of a platform with serious ambition
* Opportunity to grow into a Content / Creative Lead role
