How you will make an impact
As a Marketing Professional, you’ll play a key role in supporting marketing execution and product management across the UK business, partnering closely with local and global teams to ensure the accurate and smooth delivery of aligned marketing priorities.
* Use key data systems (including SAP, 3DX, Syndigo, and Brandbank) to maintain accurate information and support day-to-day marketing operations
* Coordinate and support marketing initiatives, contributing to both internal and external product and brand launches
* Manage operational marketing activity including Brandbank management, PO administration, budget tracking, artwork, packaging and sustainability claims
* Support product management activity, including SKU creation, SAP tracking, and close collaboration with Global Master Data, Costing, and Finance teams
* Support continuous improvement by helping implement process enhancements and effective ways of working within the team
What will make you successful?
You’re a highly organised, detail-focused individual who is comfortable working with data and navigating multiple systems in a fast-paced FMCG environment. You’re confident communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and will work closely with Cheese, Starbucks, Arla Protein, and Digital teams, requiring strong coordination and attention to detail.
You’ll be a quick learner with a proactive mindset, able to troubleshoot issues, adapt to changing priorities, and pick up new systems and processes quickly. While a marketing background isn’t essential, strong computer literacy, solid administrative capability, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure are paramount for this role.
