The Oxford Street Development Corporation is leading the long‑term regeneration and transformation of Oxford Street and its surrounding area, aiming to deliver a world‑class public realm and safer, cleaner streets while supporting high‑quality development, culture and economic activity.


About the Role

Provide high‑level executive support services to the OSDC’s CEO and Directors, working in partnership with key stakeholders to optimise the effectiveness of our executive team.


Day to Day Responsibilities

* Provide a full range of high‑level strategic, administrative and executive support (query resolution, contact prioritisation, diary management, meeting coordination, travel and accommodation).
* Act as the first point of contact for the CEO and Directors, serving as a gatekeeper for schedules and routing enquiries.
* Stay abreast of the priorities of the CEO and Directors and flag items requiring attention.
* Develop and maintain communication and working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Support people‑related activities such as recruitment onboarding and finance tasks, including purchase orders and expense approvals.
* Ensure the CEO and Directors are properly briefed on all meetings, requesting briefings from key officers and providing relevant material.
* Organise and maintain systems for storage and retrieval of information, file documents and document production services.
* Coordinate team meetings, away days and strategy sessions, distributing key information to staff.
* Promote equality of opportunities and the diverse needs of London’s communities.
* Apply a flexible approach to work within multi‑disciplinary groups and project teams.


Skills, Knowledge and Experience

Essential criteria:

* Experience providing high‑level executive support to senior leadership in a high‑profile organisation.
* Demonstrated ability to handle internal and external stakeholders at all levels professionally.
* Experience drafting briefings, agendas and professional correspondence on behalf of senior managers.
* Experience developing and implementing systems for administrative and confidential file management.
* Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple complex diaries.
