Overview of the role
We are seeking a People & Culture Senior Manager to drive high performance, capability, and engagement at IFX through building scalable people programmes including learning & development, and performance management.
You will be a strategic partner to managers and leaders across the business, shaping high‑impact initiatives that drive the culture and performance to support IFX's mission and objectives to solve for our customers.
This role is ideal for a People & Culture professional who is ready to step up — someone both strategic and hands‑on, confident building programmes from the ground up, and motivated by creating a high‑performance environment where people and teams can do their best work. This is the perfect opportunity for someone with solid generalist and L&D experience who’s hungry for ownership and the chance to build truly impactful people programmes from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Enablement
* Design and deliver a comprehensive L&D roadmap, ensuring scalability and alignment with company goals
* Support departmental-specific learning programmes such as sales training
* Develop our management training and tooling to build leadership capability in developing high-performing teams.
* Monitor effectiveness through feedback and data, continuously improving content and delivery methods.
Performance Management
* Run effective Performance programmes
* Oversee the creation and utilisation of performance systems, roles levels and competencies framework
* Support with compensation reviews and benchmarking
Business Partnering
* Act as a strategic partner to leaders in the business, understand their business needs and deliver solutions in line with our high performance culture.
* Deliver workforce planning programmes (organisation design, succession plans, career pathways, etc) in partnership with leaders
* Support ERs resolution across the business, balancing the legal and commercial risks to the business with our culture.
Engagement
* Embed our values and high performance culture into every programme and initiative and champion these continuously
* Contribute to positive engagement
* Facilitate effective internal communication
* Champion diversity and inclusion within the organisation
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
* Proven experience in a senior generalist role, with strong L&D background, ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth fintech environment.
* Strong business partnering skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
* Expertise in designing and delivering scalable learning programmes, including onboarding, sales training, graduate schemes, and leadership development.
* Ability to advise on and effectively manager employee relations by balancing cultural and commercial impact.
* Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to leverage technology and systems
* Strong analytical mindset to measure impact and ROI of learning initiatives.
* A true team player with a winning mentality and strong work ethic committed to continuous improvement and high performance
* Adaptable, tenacious and flexible who is able to perform under pressure
* Experience in leading and developing high performing teams with the ability to inspire, motivate, and energize teams to achieve high performance.
