Monday to Friday: 9am - 5pm
Rates of Pay:
£12.89 per hour

Day-to-day duties:
As a Transport Administrator, your duties will include (but not be limited to):
1. Filing and scanning documents
2. Responding to emails and phone enquiries in a timely and professional manner
3. Liaising with external companies and internal departments
4. Maintaining accurate records and updating databases
5. Preparing and formatting documents, reports, and correspondence
6. Supporting the management team with day-to-day administrative tasks
7. Scheduling appointments, meetings, and room bookings
8. Handling incoming and outgoing post
9. Monitoring office supplies and raising orders when required
10. Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
11. Debriefing drivers
