JOB TITLE: Receptionist
LOCATION: Bridgwater
SALARY: £26, - £28, per annum (DOE)
HOURS: Monday to Friday, 8:45AM - 5:00PM (1 hour lunch break)
BENEFITS: 23 days annual holiday plus bank holidays, pension, company pension, long standing and knowledgeable team.
We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our client's team, working for a well-established and reputable company based in Bridgwater. As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient front-of-house experience.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Greeting clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
2. Answering and directing phone calls
3. Managing incoming and outgoing mail
4. Providing general administrative support to the team
5. Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
KEY SKILLS:
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
7. Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office systems
9. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
10. Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role is desirable
