Key responsibilities
* Build and maintain a monthly social media schedule
* Capture and create engaging content (photos, video, stories, reels, interviews)
* Draft and schedule posts across social channels
* Monitor post-performance and share learnings
* Liaise with colleagues to gather stories, updates and behind-the-scenes content
* Support the creation of internal newsletters and keep digital screens updated
* Assist with campaigns, photoshoots and events
* Organise digital content libraries and templates
* Create simple social media assets using tools like Canva
* Research social media trends and competitor activity
* Draft website content for review
* Contribute ideas and support storytelling across the business
Skills, knowledge & experience
* English Level 2 (GCSE grade 4/C or equivalent)
* Within a commutable distance to Bristol HQ
* Some work experience (e.g. school placements, part-time jobs) that demonstrates:
* Communication and interaction with colleagues and peers
* Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint)
* Interest in the events industry
* Experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
* A full driving licence and access to a car

* A genuine interest in marketing and digital media
* Creative flair and an eye for detail
* Confident communicator with good writing skills
* Organised and proactive, with a can-do attitude
