This is a new role, and you will have the opportunity help shape the Temporary Accommodation service as we move forward with the implementation of the redesign. You will supervise a small temporary accommodation team on a day-to-day basis and will be responsible for achieving performance outcomes and delivering a high-quality service. You will provide support and advice to team members as well as liaise with partners and external agencies to provide a comprehensive service to our clients You will also develop new opportunities to increase access to the private rented sector to minimise the use of hotels and bed & breakfast accommodation. You will need a minimum of three years’ experience of working within a homeless related housing service and have experience of managing a housing related team. The role will be challenging and to be successful you will need to be well organised, manage conflicting demands with a strong focus on delivering successful outcomes. This post is predominately based at our offices within Warwick and is not suitable for home or hybrid working.
