About the roles
We are recruiting one Senior OD Lead (Engagement, Culture & Insight) and three Senior OD Advisers to play a pivotal role in shaping how the organisation listens, learns and acts.
Senior OD Lead (Engagement, Culture & Insight)
Role overview: A senior OD practitioner with deep expertise in engagement, insight and organisational narrative, comfortable contracting and collaborating at senior level, translating data into meaningful cultural action and behavioural change.
Location: County Hall, Morpeth
Salary: £50,269 – £54,495

Senior OD Adviser – Culture & Behaviour Change
Responsibilities: Making culture real in teams and services, translating values, leadership intent and organisational insight into everyday behaviour change.
Location: County Hall, Morpeth
Salary: £39,862 – £44,075

Senior OD Adviser – Digital Learning Design & Learning Management Systems
Responsibilities: Designing and enabling the organisation's digital learning ecosystem, ensuring learning is accessible, effective and embedded.

Senior OD Adviser – Digital OD & Workforce Digital Skills
Responsibilities: Building workforce digital confidence and capability, supporting the organisation to adopt new tools, ways of working and digital behaviours.
