As a Senior Physiotherapist at our gym, you’ll hold a BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent and be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council. You should possess excellent clinical reasoning and rehabilitation skills, and be committed to ongoing professional development. You are a confident communicator, skilled at engaging with diverse groups of people.
You will receive clinical support from your Regional clinical lead and physiotherapists, with leadership from the onsite management team. A CPD budget is available to encourage continuous learning and clinical excellence. The role is ideal for individuals eager to make a positive impact within a large workforce and build client relationships in a corporate setting.

As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will:
* Work with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, from sports injuries to workplace-related issues.
* Deliver evidence-based clinical care that is safe, effective, caring, well-led, and responsive to patient needs.
* Monitor the standard of treatment continuously.
* Ensure compliance with all professional, clinical, and governance standards, participating in clinical audits and quality assurance processes.
To succeed as a Senior Physiotherapist, you will:
* Hold a BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent and be registered with the HCPC.
* Demonstrate ongoing professional training and a commitment to professional growth.
* Be a confident communicator, capable of engaging effectively with the public and healthcare professionals.
* Exhibit excellent rehabilitation skills.
* Be proficient in IT and possess strong organizational skills.
* Be able to prioritize and manage a varied workload effectively and efficiently.
