More about the Role:
As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the siteoperations. This includes managing staff, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and maintaining financial performance. You will be the driving force behind the day-to-day operations and long-term strategic planning.
Our Ideal Requirements:
proven experience as a General Manager in a similar venue is highly desirable
lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team, including hiring, training, and scheduling staff
manage budgets, monitor the sites financial performance, and implement strategies to increase profitability
a notable interest in fantastic food,cocktails, wine and beer
great attention to detail, high standards and exceptional customer service skills
develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, including special events and promotions
a proven track record of effective organisation and planning
a can-do, enthusiastic attitude with the ability to multi-task
