A well-established and forward-thinking law firm is looking to recruit a Residential Property Solicitor from Shrewsbury, Telford and Wolverhampton to join its expanding residential property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Property Solicitor in the West Midlands to manage a varied, high-quality caseload within a supportive and flexible firm.
Offering full or part-time hours, hybrid working and genuine progression, this role would suit a Residential Property Solicitor seeking autonomy, stability and long-term career development.
The Role
* Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
* Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Advising on remortgages and transfers of equity
* Supporting new build transactions
* Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and third parties
* Delivering high standards of client care and communication
* Managing files efficiently in a deadline-driven environment
* Supporting business development and client relationship growth
The Candidate
* 3+ PQE Solicitor or experienced Conveyancer
* Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing
* Experience gained within a reputable firm
* Confident managing a busy caseload independently
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and file management ability
* Knowledge of compliance, AML and Solicitors Code of Conduct
* Experience in landlord & tenant or lease extensions advantageous
