Required Skills & Experience
No previous experience is required — we welcome beginners, empathetic with a proactive, “can-do” attitude, passion for childcare and Early Years education, willingness to obtain an Enhanced DBS check if not already held, and ability to work flexibly and build strong relationships with children, staff, and parents, are the key skills and experience required for this role.
