Preston Primary Academy Trust has an exciting opportunity for a Governance Lead and Company Secretary to join our successful, growing trust. We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated professional who is passionate about Governance and its pivotal role in the support that the Trusts central team provides to schools. You will support the Trusts Directors to make well informed decisions. You will work closely with the Trust Chief Executive Officer and the Chief Finance and Operations officer to support schools and embed effect Governance of the Trust’s schools.

The Trust was founded in 2016, in Preston C of E Primary School – an outstanding primary school in Yeovil. We have grown steadily over time and currently serve 15 infant/primary schools within Somerset.
