Claire at Amber Mace is recruiting for a passionate and experienced leader in supported living services. Amber Mace is looking for a dynamic Supported Living Manager to oversee multiple supported living services across the West Midlands, covering Staffordshire, Dudley, Cannock, and Wolverhampton. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a committed team, ensure high-quality, person-centred support, and make a real impact in people\'s lives.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage supported living services for adults with learning disabilities and/or mental health conditions.
* Ensure services meet CQC standards and promote independence, dignity, and quality of life.
* Oversee and support a team of Team Leaders and Support Workers across multiple locations.
* Manage budgets, staffing, rotas, and service development.
* Build strong relationships with service users, families, and external professionals.
* Drive continuous improvement and service excellence.
Requirements
* Proven experience managing services for individuals with learning disabilities and mental health needs.
* Experience in a Supported Living or Domiciliary Care setting is essential.
* Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards.
* A recognised management qualification (e.g., Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management) or working towards it.
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across service locations.
