Located in Tewkesbury, this Outstanding special school supports students aged 7–19 with moderate and additional learning difficulties,plex needs, and Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD). Your new role
You will be responsible for delivering ASDAN Employability up to Level 2 and a wide range of Preparation for Adulthood and Work-Related Learning lessons across Key Stages 4 and 5. This includes supporting students in developing practical life skills, workplace readiness, and personal independence. You’ll work closely with teaching assistants and therapists to adapt lessons to individual needs, using real-world scenarios andmunity-based learning to enhance engagement. This is a full-time role with full teaching responsibilities, including planning, assessment, and participation in school events.

1. QTS and UK teaching experience
2. Experience or interest in SEN and ASD
3. Ability to deliver practical, life-skills-based learning
