Reception is the first impression of the hotel a guest will experience so it is crucial you and your team provide an outstanding level of service. You’ll be responsible for the guests stay, review room allocation, advise on rates, packages and promotions, guest issues and complaints and to maximise revenue. Is this the role for me?
