Integrated Maintenance, Repair and Development Services (IMRDS) maintains water supply systems, repairs emergencies like water bursts, and develops new ways to serve our customers better. The team offers roles from operational frontline work to project management, data analysis, and more.
IMRDS is part of the Embedded Alliance within Anglian Water, collaborating with other organizations to share skills and assign the best team for each task.

What will you be doing?
As a Leakage Analyst employed directly by Anglian Water, your role is vital. You will carry out scheduling activities across two specialist leakage workstreams: Intensive Investigation and Programme Delivery. Responding to alarms and data changes, you'll plan and schedule field resources to maximize efficiency using SAP and Oracle systems. You will identify and raise new maintenance activities, manage existing workbaskets, and assign resources to resolve issues within set timescales.
This is primarily an office-based role with regional team interactions. Some travel to local and regional meetings may be required. You will have opportunities to learn and grow within the Intensive Investigation team, supported by coaching and mentoring in a forward-thinking analytical environment.

What does it take to be a Leakage Analyst?
You should be enthusiastic, hardworking, ambitious, and passionate about hands-on work and problem-solving. Strong interpersonal skills and knowledge of SAP and Oracle are essential. Good communication skills and a desire to contribute positively to your team are important. Prior knowledge of ILPM, IRIS, One Customer, Mercury, and Microsoft Office is advantageous but not necessary, as training will be provided. Initiative and a drive for positive change are also key.
