A large public sector organisation based in Lisburn is looking for a part-time HR & OD coordinator to join their HR team. Working mainly within the Recruitment team, this is a great opportunity to gain experience in HR while working in a supportive environment.
About you
* 5 GCSE passes at grade A - C, NVQ level 2 or equivalent
* Three years' experience in:
o Administration
o Maintaining a computerised system
* A working knowledge of computerised Human Resource Information Systems
What you'll do
* Provide comprehensive and confidential administrative support across the recruitment team.
* Maintain documents and records management system for the recruitment team.
* Administer HR & OD invoices, including raising purchase orders, coding, and processing payments in accordance with procedures.
* Support and advise line managers regarding HR policies and procedures.
* Conduct on-the-job training on Information Systems and deliver training on induction processes.
