Service Manager – Enhanced Forensic Services Freda’s Care Ltd This role sits within one of our enhanced services, supporting individuals with forensic backgrounds, complex needs, and behaviours that may challenge. Because of the nature of the service, previous Service Manager experience is essential. We are looking for a confident and skilled Service Manager to lead teams who provide care and support in supported living settings. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience managing staff teams, and the ability to handle staff‑related matters professionally and in line with legislation. A working knowledge of CQC compliance requirements is essential. A Level 3 in Health and Social Care is Essential, and the successful candidate must be willing to work towards a Level 5.
