A leading FM provider is seeking a reliable and experienced Fabric Engineer to join their team on a static site in Cardiff. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong general building or carpentry skills to work on a well-maintained site.
Responsibilities for the Fabric Engineer:

Perform building fabric maintenance and repairs
*
Support with carpentry, and general building tasks
*
Carry out basic mechanical and plumbing assistance
Requirements for the Fabric Engineer:

Fabric maintenance or building repair experience
*
Carpentry or trade qualification preferred
What’s on Offer:

Salary up to £35,000
*
Overtime available (no on-call)
*
Static Site, Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm
