Collaborate with the Product Owner to maintain a clear mission and a healthy backlog while ensuring adherence to Agile practices. Work with Architects and Principal Engineers on new technology choices and architecture evolution. Continuously seek improvements in engineering practices including code quality, testing, and CI/CD. Actively share technical expertise within the engineering community and champion tech changes beyond your squad.
