Roles and Responsibilities:
* Conduct internal audits and assist with external customer and certification audits.
* Manage non:conformances, corrective actions, and root cause analysis.
* Develop inspection and test procedures.
* Support first article inspections (FAI) and customer documentation requirements.
* Analyse quality data and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
* Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality standards and best practices.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
* Experience with IPC/WHMA:A:620 or similar industry standards.
* Experience in using MRP systems such as SAGE, SAP, Oracle, etc
* Microsoft office package, Excel Advanced
* Previous involvement in environmental or health and safety systems
