About Us:
We are working with a proud, diverse and vibrant primary school in the Borough of Barking and Dagenham. They are looking for an experienced Behaviour Mentor (specialist) to lead their Behaviour Unit. The successful Behaviour Mentor would be line managing a team of four and lead on the support of the children who access this provision. You would be joining a primary school that focuses on respect, kindness, determination and honesty.

Key Responsibilities:
Support pupils with behaviour across the school
Putting sanctions in place
Engage and build relationships with parents
Line manage a team of four staff
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong background in SEMH and behaviour
Prior experience as a Behaviour Mentor
Good emotional intelligence
Trained in positive handling
Team Teach trained
