Role Overview
The Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) Private Banker / Wealth Advisor / Relationship Manager will be responsible for originating, managing, and developing relationships with UHNW individuals, family offices, entrepreneurs, and international investors. This role requires someone with a proven track record in growing assets under management, delivering tailored wealth strategies, and acting as a trusted strategic advisor across complex financial needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage a portfolio of UHNW clients, ensuring exceptionally high service levels, confidentiality, and long-term relationship value.
* Identify new business opportunities, leveraging existing networks to attract and onboard high-value international clients.
* Deliver bespoke wealth management solutions including investment advisory, banking, credit, fiduciary strategies, philanthropy, estate planning, and multi-jurisdictional structuring.
* Partner with internal specialists (investment management, tax advisors, legal experts, alternative assets, etc.) to provide fully integrated client solutions.
* Conduct periodic reviews of client portfolios, ensuring alignment with objectives, risk tolerance, and market conditions.
* Maintain extensive knowledge of global financial markets, cross-border regulations, and wealth governance trends impacting UHNW clientele.
* Ensure full compliance with regulatory and internal policy frameworks across all jurisdictions.
* Represent the firm at high-level networking events, industry forums, and private client gatherings to enhance brand reputation and business development.
Candidate Profile
* Experience: Experience in private banking, UHNW wealth advisory, or relationship management in an international context.
* Network: Proven access to and trusted relationships with UHNW individuals, family offices, and sophisticated investors across multiple geographies.
* Expertise: Strong understanding of global investment products, structured solutions, alternative investments, financing, and wealth structuring strategies.
* Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with cross-border financial regulations, tax considerations, and compliance standards in major regions (US, Europe, Middle East, Asia).
* Languages: Proficiency in English required; additional languages (French, Arabic, Mandarin, etc.) highly desirable.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree required; CFA, CFP, STEP, MBA, or equivalent certifications preferred.
