* Emergency Call Handler - (PNC8 Required)
* Location: Loughborough
* Contract: Temporary (3-4 months)
* Start: March
Pay and Shift
* Pay Rates:
o £13.90 per hour
o £17.37 per hour (8:00pm-6:00am and Saturday)
o £20.85 per hour (Sunday)
* Shift Pattern (4 days on / 4 days off):
o Day 1: Night 10:30pm - 6:30am
o Day 2: Evening 5:30pm - 10:30pm
o Day 3: Afternoon 12:00pm - 5:30pm
o Day 4: Morning 6:30am - 12:30pm
* Onsite, lone working - parking available
The Role
Handle emergency and non-emergency calls for a council lifeline and repairs service. Provide calm, professional support, log calls accurately, and follow procedures while working independently.
Essential Requirements
* Must already hold PNC8 clearance and provide proof (employer confirmation or official vetting documentation)
* Call centre or emergency call handling experience
* Comfortable working rotating shifts including nights, evenings, mornings, and weekends
* Confident working alone
