Area Sales Manager – building construction products into housebuilders / builders merchantsThe role of Area Sales Manager * Develop and manage specification opportunities with regional and national housebuilders
* Track and convert specifications into orders via the merchant channel
* Build strong relationships with builders’ merchants and ensure consistent supply and stock availability
* Identify and win commercial specification projects by engaging with architects, landscape designers, and planning consultants
Host CPD presentations and influence decision-makers at early project stages
* Collaborate internally with technical and customer service teams to deliver excellent project support

* £50,000 -£60,000 basic DOE
* 15% OTE uncapped
* Hybrid company car or negotiable car allowance
* 24 days plus bank holidays
