Save Share Apply now Ackerman Pierce is currently supporting a leading local authority within Havering to recruit for a Team Manager Children’s Safeguarding team within the Social Care industry on a permanent basis paying up to £59,511- £63,966P/Annum + Benefits.
About The Role:
1. Manage and oversee staff to ensure effective delivery of services to children, young people, and their families through high quality social work in line with standards of good practice, legislation, and guidance. Lead and monitor staff in ensuring robust recording of information on relevant systems and databases in line with standards set, whilst capturing and evidencing the voice of the child.
2. Assist the Service Manager and Head of Service in planning and developing services for vulnerable children, young people, and their families, identifying needs and potential difficulties/challenges, escalating issues as appropriate. Effectively manage budgets and ensure services are cost effective. Produce reports and attend meetings/forums as required
Key Responsibilities:

Minimum Requirements:
8. HCPC Registration
9. 3 years post qualifying experience within the UK Social Care industry
10. Enhanced DBS/CRB (we can obtain for you)
