Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Cutover Manager / Readiness Manager to lead and coordinate all activities related to system cutover and business readiness for a major transformation program. This role is critical to ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems to new platforms with minimal disruption to business operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and own the cutover strategy, plan and timeline for the program.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure readiness across technology, business, and operations.
* Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and issues related to cutover activities.
* Facilitate mock runs, rehearsals, and readiness checkpoints to validate plans.
* Ensure robust communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the cutover process.
* Work closely with project managers, technical leads, and business stakeholders to align on deliverables.
* Provide post-cutover support and ensure stabilization activities are executed effectively.
Skills & Experience
