The International eCommerce Trading team fuels global growth by managing and optimising online product sales across 80 international markets. They drive exciting product launches, strategic promotions, and collaborate with leading third-party platforms to maximise sales and brand visibility worldwide. About the role: As our eCommerce Marketing Manager, you will own the marketing roadmap, driving brand awareness and customer engagement across key international markets. Working at the heart of a commercially driven team, you’ll harness sales data and web metrics to uncover insights into customer engagement. Your proactive, data-led approach will fuel smart, impactful decisions enabling you to spot opportunities, optimise campaigns and accelerate profitable sales growth internationally. Drive profitable sales growth for your region Think commercially about the shopping experience Create engaging and relevant marketing content that delivers on key KPIs Build strong external relationships to support sales growth objectives Work closely with the Trading Manager and Product Trading Manager to deliver commercially relevant content & campaigns Own the Marketing roadmap Champion awareness of the NEXT brand for key International markets and clearly communicate our USPs, values and vision to the customer Push for exposure on locally relevant marketing channels across your region Plan and deliver relevant Campaigns across key touchpoints (offsite marketing, homepages, Emails etc…) using market trends and product insights Optimise the incremental revenue that is driven by marketing Leverage localised seasonal events to drive customer engagement Work closely with Paid Marketing to drive engaged, high-quality traffic that results in incremental customers and sales for your region Own the customer metrics for your region Build a clear understanding of the core customer for your markets and how you can tailor marketing communications to best resonate with them Drive increased order frequency and AOV by ensuring NEXT is front of mind for customers as a “one-stop” fashion and homeware destination Understand the different customer pots within your region and build a compelling strategy to drive customer acquisition and retention Work closely with the promotions team to provide relevant and personalised incentives to customers that result in profitable incremental sales About you: To be successful in the role you must be commercial, analytical and comfortable with data metrics, have previous experience of working within an eCommerce Marketing or Campaign led role, be passionate about delivering best in class marketing campaigns and be skilled at delivering engaging and informative content. You must be a strong communicator who is confident about taking on a leadership role, whilst not being afraid of asking questions, so if this sounds like you, this is the role for you and your career!
